At klearsmile we provide a 30-day return policy. You have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In order to be eiligble for a return, you must meet the following criteria.

Your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it, unused, untampered with and in sealed original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase. 

In order to proceed with a return you can do so by contacting: returns@klearsmile.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to return your package. Please note: Items returned to us without first completing the stated returns process will not be accepted.

Any claim under the guarantee must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. 

In order to receive your 100% money back, you must have completed the following steps. 

1) Take a video your teeth the day of your first application, stating the date and time. 

2) Use your kit for 6 consecutive days, following the instructions on the back of your kit box carefully. Document each day.

3) Finally on day 6 take another video showing your teeth in the exact same lighting, as well as the proof of product use again stating the date and time.

4) Send all information through to returns@klearsmile.com and our team will take on your case from there. 

Once approved, your refund will be completed within 3 business days of submission. Please remember to submit your application within 30 days of receiving the product/s and that the videos have stated date and time taken within it. If applications do not meet this criteria, they will not be processed for a refund. We reserve our right to reject a refund request in the event that we are not satisfied (acting reasonably) with the supporting evidence you provide to us.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
